Shipping cost and type: We ship using USPS Priority 2-3 day unless overnight is requested (additional cost applies.) The price of shipping to anywhere in the USA is $18 which includes a custom insulated box and a 72 hour heat pack if shipping in winter.

DOA (dead on arrival) Policy: We pack our fish as securely as possible but we are at the mercy of USPS once the fish leaves our care. In the worst case DOA scenario we will offer credit for the purchase price (minus shipping cost) towards another fish. Within 24 hours of the delivery time, email us a photo of the un-opened bag with a clear view of the fish inside.
